Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten presents his signature world-renowned cuisine at JG Tokyo in Roppongi Hills. The menu showcases a selection of classic Jean-Georges dishes from New York made using French technique as well as exclusive vegetarian and omnivore dishes crafted from local and seasonal Japanese ingredients.
JG Tokyo, situated on one of the most prominent and cosmopolitan streets in Tokyo, Keyakizaka-dori, offers seating for 20 guests, including 14 exclusive counter seats.The intimate setting contributes to the unique dining experience.

Space
Designer Gwenal Nicolas employs a subtle palette of sandstone, incorporating washed and treated wood, and textured leather throughout the space, complemented by striking lighting from L’Observatoire. An elegant staircase ascends past artist Reiko Sudo’s fabric sculpture, leading to our intimate dining salon upstairs.
