"JG Chocolate Box 2026" captures the world of herbs and spices

2026.01.14

The Valentine's Day limited edition chocolate "JG Chocolate Box 2026", which has been popular every year, will be sold in limited quantities again this year.

Paying homage to Jean-Georges' philosophy of skillfully incorporating herbs and spices, essential to restaurant cooking, this box brings together layers of season, aroma, and flavor. This year, the store's chef pastry chef, Yuya Morioka, will handcraft it using a completely original recipe. Only 100 boxes will be available.
Enjoy the delicate world of chocolate that is only available in our restaurant in the comfort of your own home.

Four flavors that will adorn this year's "JG Chocolate Box 2026"

This year's chocolate box contains an assortment of four types of chocolates made with herbs and spices.
You can enjoy the layers of fragrance and the combination of ingredients that are characteristic of Jean-Georges.

① Cherry x Tonka Bean (Ruby Chocolate)
A heart-shaped chocolate with the sweet and sour taste of cherry layered with fragrant tonka beans, gorgeously wrapped in ruby chocolate reminiscent of berries.

② Pomelo × Timut Pepper (White Chocolate)
This chocolate combines the freshness of Kochi Prefecture's pomelo with the citrus aroma of Timut pepper. It features a light aftertaste with a mellow white chocolate and a hint of spice.

3. Passion fruit x rosemary (dark chocolate)
The rich acidity of passion fruit is layered with the aroma of rosemary for an aromatic taste, and the bitter black chocolate rounds out the flavor.

④ Fig × White Sesame (Blonde Chocolate)
The gently sweet figs are combined with white sesame seeds to create a fragrant and deep flavor. The caramel-like mellow blonde chocolate spreads elegantly across the palate.
