Jean Georges Tokyo has prepared a seasonal menu exclusively for August. The menu features seasonal ingredients bathed in the summer sunshine, lightly seasoned with the aroma of herbs and spices. Enjoy the flavors of the season, bringing out the strength and delicate aroma of the ingredients.
