Jean Georges Tokyo has prepared a seasonal menu exclusively for the month of October.
The bounty of autumn, including parsnips, flounder, mushrooms, and in-season rockfish and lamb, is presented in a delicate and deep dish that is unique to Jean-Georges.
The dessert is a pumpkin-shaped chocolate shell filled with spiced pumpkin cream and garnished with butternut squash sorbet and pumpkin seed praline cream, an elegant dish that evokes the spirit of Halloween. Both the appearance and taste will allow you to enjoy the joy of autumn and the refinement that is characteristic of Jean-Georges.
