On Friday, November 14, 2025, we will be holding a maker's dinner, "Traveling Japanese Wine Vol. 3: Tsuno Wine Edition," in collaboration with Tsuno Wine, a winery in Tsuno Town, Miyazaki Prefecture.
Jean-Georges Tokyo's special dinner, enhanced with Tsuno wine
"IMADEYA Presents Traveling Japanese Wine @Jean Georges Tokyo" is a four-part makers' dinner series that welcomes guests from wineries across Japan, allowing them to enjoy the local climate and the passion of the winemakers along with the sophisticated modern French cuisine of Jean Georges Tokyo.
This will be the third time the event is being held, and we will be welcoming Tsuno Wine, a winery in Tsuno Town, Miyazaki Prefecture.
Based on the belief that "wine should be a local drink," Tsuno Wine uses 100% locally grown grapes and continues to produce wine that reflects the rich climate of Miyazaki. The fruity and vibrant flavors of Tsuno Wine complement Jean-Georges Tokyo's innovative cuisine to create a one-of-a-kind marriage.

Tsuno Wine
Tsuno Wine, based in Tsuno Town, Miyazaki Prefecture, believes that "wine should be a local drink" and uses 100% locally grown grapes to produce wine that reflects the local climate.
The winery grows grapes in its own fields on the Makiuchi Plateau overlooking the sea using unique methods such as soil preparation using compost and grass cultivation, and offers fruity and vibrant wines using the latest brewing technology and hygiene management.
